The display of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our sending a confirmation email.
All prices are in CHF (display in EUR and USD also available). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the country. Payment is made by credit card or bank transfer.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer within Switzerland and Europe. Standard delivery in Switzerland: 2-5 business days. Delivery to Europe: 5-14 business days. Delivery times are approximate.
All items are sold as-is without the right of return, except for items with confirmed defects or misrepresentation.
Any defects or condition issues must be reported in writing to info@brandclothes.ch within 7 days of receipt.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods of the respective order.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bex, canton Vaud, Switzerland.
If individual provisions of these Terms become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
